MWSS, Inc. standard policy is to provide our customers with the opportunity to return any product for any reason within 30 days of shipment, whether or not the product has been opened. Please note that the products must be returned within the original packaging and with all originally shipped components (including items such as power supplies, cables, stands, etc.). All returns to MWSS must first be authorized by obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from MWSS within 30 days of shipment of the product. This policy ensures a refund on the customer account upon receipt of the returned products within 10 business days of the RMA being issued by MWSS. 

Upon delivery of the item, the customer is required to inspect the unit for damage. Damaged items need to be reported to MWSS within 48 hours of the delivery date. MWSS will require images of the physical box and the damage on the item, if damage is not reported within this time frame we not issue a credit.

To further ensure the highest customer satisfaction, we offer a one year limited warranty on most products, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Step 1: Obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA)

Information required when requesting an RMA number includes:

  • Product information with model number and serial number (if applicable)
  • Description of the problem or reason for return for each product.
  • Contact name, phone number and e-mail address for the person responsible for managing the RMA.

Step 2: MWSS issues an RMA

MWSS will respond in the same manner in which the request was received, providing an RMA number for approved returns.

Step 3: Customer returns device to MWSS

RMA’s that are not received by MWSS within 30 days of issue date will be closed.

Step 4: Returned products are inspected.

MWSS will inspect and/or test all returned units via normal procedure. 


Step 5: Refund issued.

MWSS will issue a refund in the same manner it received payment within 10 business days of receiving the RMA.
